Culham Plasma Physics Summer School

Culham Centre for Fusion Energy runs an annual two-week Summer School in July to provide an introduction to the fundamental principles of plasma physics, together with a broad understanding of its fields of application. Lecturers at the Summer School are drawn both from Culham and from other leading research laboratories and universities around Europe.

Applications are welcome from students in the UK and from overseas. No previous knowledge of the subject is assumed, but familiarity with electromagnetism and applied mathematics at first degree level will be helpful.
